EMPOWER ME June 3-7
Ages 4-9 are welcome (we will accept potty trained, late 3 year old siblings with approval by email). This camp was an amazing success last year and we had several requests to bring it back again! This is a great camp to return to or to come for your first time. KindTree Kids Camps offer one topic a day that empower a child with mindfulness and emotional regulation tools that support any child in any setting. Concepts such as listening with our whole body, being a strong communicator, kindness, empathy, focus, attention, calm, peace, mindfulness, and much more are embedded into each day. The take home idea will be shared with parents and we aim to create a platform for you and your child so these skills become LIFE-SKILLS for this very important journey!
Each day will include breathing techniques, basic mindfulness instruction, yoga/movement, activities, child-led play, small-group discussion, and opportunities to use and practice these tools related to the concept of the day.
CONFIDENT ME June 10-14
Ages 5-10 are welcome. This camp is one that has stemmed off of our Empower Me series and one that will focus on our mindset (fixed or growth) and how we equip ourselves with tools to feel that we are able to do things, even challenging things! Confident Me Camp will focus on using mindfulness tools and growth mindset skills to help build and encourage confidence and self-esteem! This camp will offer a safe experience to learn resilience and self-compassion. It reminds us it is always okay to start over!
Each day will include growth mindset activities, breathing techniques, basic mindfulness instruction, yoga/movement, activities, child-led play, small group discussion, and opportunities to use and practice these tools related to the concept of the day.
